Interested in volunteering for one or more of the campaigns SSPA is supporting? Join us on Thursday, June 22nd at 6pm for snacks and some tips about how to make doorknocking, phone & textbanking and other kinds of campaign support fun and easy!
Campaigns are being added as we speak, so for the final lineup you'll just have to show up!
You'll learn about:
🗣 Mastering Voter Conversations: We will go through the essentials of engaging with voters, focusing on clear communication, empathy, and persuasion techniques.
📲 MiniVAN 101: You'll learn how to use MiniVAN, the top-notch tool for canvassing. It will be your digital companion in your journey, helping you keep track of your interactions with voters.
🌟 Spotlight on Candidates: Come learn more about your fave's policies and background. This way, you can share with conviction about why they are the best choice for our community.
🤝 Team & Movement Building Activities: Start building strong relationships with the people you will still need to organize with - in your apartment complexes, workplaces, and in the streets - when this election is over.
